It's time to dive deep into your school and district data.  Through this collaborative process, your team will have analyze state, benchmark, common formative, and summative data.  District officials, school leaders, and teachers will go through a series of exercises that will determine your district / school's strengths and challenges.  A specific action plan will be set up that will drive instruction towards growth and achievement.  Within this action plan, there will be:

• SMART Goals

• Results Driven Strategy Implementation

• The Who, What, and When will be defined

• Data Folders will be developed and organized

• Consistent and constant collaboration that will contribute towards success.

• Weekly PLC meetings that will focus on data
